Hey, I am always looking for this, so when I finally built it, I am giving it away for free!
This is a pure CSS driven barebones site template, that you can use for most 2column or 3 column layouts.
Everything is driven off of CSS Floats, divs, and a clean structured container ID's to make it easy. And yes, it works great with Flyspeck since it is structured and clean.
You can easily customize to be a .shtml or .asp includes by using your own include syntax. Enjoy!
